Last updated · 1 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data NITISI London collects, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
1. Who we are
NITISI London ("NITISI", "we", "us", "our") is the controller responsible for your personal data when you visit this website or purchase from us. This policy explains how we handle your personal data and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your data, contact us at privacy@nitisi.co.uk.
2. The data we collect
Identity and contact data: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number.
Order and transaction data: the products you purchase, order value, and details of fulfilment. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us, including where you join a waitlist or newsletter.
3. How we collect your data
Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, join our waitlist, or contact us.
Automatically as you browse the site, through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
From our service providers, including our e-commerce platform Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments on our behalf.
4. How and why we use your data
To fulfil your orders and provide our products and services — on the lawful basis of performance of a contract with you.
To operate, secure and improve our website and prevent fraud — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running our business responsibly.
To send you marketing or notify you about product launches where you have asked us to (for example by joining the waitlist) — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, such as keeping records for tax and accounting — on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Who we share your data with
Shopify, which provides our store hosting, checkout and payment processing as our data processor.
Payment providers and delivery/courier partners, to take payment and deliver your order.
Service providers who help us operate the site (such as analytics or email providers), acting on our instructions.
Authorities, regulators or advisers where we are required to do so by law.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries the UK has deemed adequate.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Order and transaction records are typically retained for at least six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at official@nitisi.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. For full details and how to manage your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
